KEEP CONFIDENCE TRUST & HOPE...!!!

CONFIDENCE:Once all village people decided to pray for rain. On the day of prayer all people gathered and only one boy came with an umbrella...... That’s Confidence...

TRUST:Trust should be like the feeling of a one year old baby when you throw him in the air, he laughs.....because he knows you will catch him.... that’s Trust...

HOPE:Every night we go to bed, we have no assurance to get up alive in the next morning but still we have plans for the coming day....that's Hope...

KEEP CONFIDENCE..!!
TRUST OTHERS..!!
AND NEVER LOSE HOPE..!!

Wish you a very very happy and prosperous new year....

Getting the most from training....!!

The best results come from better behavioral patterns from both the trainer and the trainee...

A trainee, is a fresh recruit to the training programme, and in general, is alien to the trainer, the other participants, and the specific training environment. There is a lot of hesitance, and many unanswered questions about everything around. So, the first behavioral need is to…
Break the Ice
It is a responsibility of the trainer to put his participants at comfort, orient them with each other and create an environment so that healthy and open communication is facilitated. If need be, the trainer must even ask questions so that the trainees start express their thoughts and feelings to ensure maximum and productive interaction.Well, based on this premise, which gives an understanding to the trainer about the personality types and the intellectual levels, the trainer needs to…
Customize the Style
Yes, the training contents may be standard, but the trainer must customize his style of training and interaction so that he is able to connect to his trainees. This is of critical importance during training, because based on this, are the level of trainees’ participation, the amount of learning, and the level of retention as well. Also, the involvement of the trainer should be to keep a check on individual trainees to see to it that their performance and understanding is up to the mark, which means, the trainer must be a able to…
Facilitate Learning
The objective of all training is to impart learning and implementing the same. So, specific focus should be over taking feedback from trainees if they’re able to understand and do the given exercise, and wherever there’s a hindrance, try and troubleshoot.
Rewarding
This is not a compulsory act, however, a tool which can enable or accelerate and reinforce learning and retention. Rewards may need not necessarily be a trophy or a gift item, it can very well be applause from audience, a word of thanks and appreciation. These little gestures can motivate trainees to also be innovative and encourage participation.
Shared Responsibility
Last but not the least, the trainees should ‘have a positive attitude and try to assimilate criticism’ whenever offered. Don't forget ‘What we have to learn to do, we can only learn by doing’.
